Pining is free to start. You talk to characters by spending rubies — 10 rubies per message. New accounts get 100 rubies, and checking in each day adds 50 more. Before signing in, you can send 5 messages to try it. Buy a pack when you want to keep going.

What a pack gets you
At 10 rubies per message, the 500-ruby pack is 50 messages, and the largest pack is 600 messages. Rubies are valid for 5 years from the date they are granted.
Payment and refunds
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. Unspent rubies can be refunded within 14 days; see the Refund Policy.
